Both Vampire Diaries and Past Life have been shooting there, proving the city is equally adept at playing both the Big Apple and the sultry southern small town.Vampire Diaries is a teenaged version of the hit HBO show True Blood. Like its predecessor, Vampire Diaries is also based on a book series by L. J. Smith. It’s a familiar premisehuman girl Elena Gilbert falls for vamp Stefan Salvatorebut under developer Kevin Williamson’s wing, it became a story about the dark secrets of a small town.
